1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Unfiltered AI Chatbot (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Free Token Grant

New users receive 250 free tokens for message generation upon first launch. Each message sent consumes tokens, calculated based on message length and processing requirements. When your balance reaches zero, you can purchase one of our subscription plans for unlimited usage.

3. Subscription Plans

• Weekly: Unlimited tokens for 7 consecutive days.
• Monthly: Unlimited tokens for 30 consecutive days.
• Yearly: Unlimited tokens for 365 consecutive days.

Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current term. Pricing is disclosed at the point of purchase in the app.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Apple to charge your designated payment method. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings at any time. Access to unlimited tokens remains available until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are governed by Apple’s refund policies.

6. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your device identifier or premium account.
• You agree not to use the Service to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the Service software, models, and branding. You retain rights to the text you input and output you receive, subject to these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Modifications to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part) at any time without liability. We may also modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated in-app or via e-mail (if provided).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
