iOS Device Identifier (e.g., identifierForVendor): Used solely to recognize returning devices, prevent abuse, and restore token balances.
Optional E-mail Address: Collected only when you choose to create a cross-platform premium account. The e-mail is used for authentication, subscription management, and customer support.

We do not collect your chats or prompts beyond the time needed to generate a response, nor do we collect precise location, contact lists, or any other personal data.

3. How We Use Your Information

To deliver, maintain, and improve the chatbot service.
To manage token balances and premium subscriptions.
To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or misuse.
To provide customer support and communicate important updates.

4. Legal Bases

We process your information only when we have a legal basis to do so, including:

Performance of a contract (providing the chatbot service and premium subscription features).

Device identifiers are retained for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to operate the service. If you create a premium account, we retain your e-mail address for the duration of your subscription and a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations. Transient chat content is deleted automatically after processing.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share limited data:

With trusted service providers who help us operate (e.g., payment processors), bound by confidentiality agreements.
